Days before arrival, you will receive an email with instructions about the meeting point for arrival at the airport.
On the day of your arrival, our staff will be waiting for you at the corresponding terminal with a banner with your name on it.
REMEMBER:
This service is specifically for groups arriving on the SAME flight.
In case of arriving on separate flights (MAXIMUM 2 DIFFERENT FLIGHTS), please send us all flight numbers in advance so we can prepare a travel itinerary and provide the correct meeting point at no additional cost.
In case of no advance notice, an additional 15 USD will be charged directly at the airport for waiting time or change of terminal, and the service will be based on the availability of drivers and vans.
Likewise, if you have flight changes, it is important that you keep us informed in order to provide a smooth service.
ADDITIONAL STOPS
If you need to make a stop at a supermarket or similar, it is necessary to let us know in advance.
Normally, we can confirm a maximum of 15 minutes free of charge. After that tolerance time, you will have to pay 25 USD per hour. The service must be previously scheduled by mail or phone as it is based on the availability of our vans.
Modifications are possible a maximum of 12 HOURS before the service. After that time, any changes are subject to availability.
